Initial Flowcept instrumentation, using TaskVine workflows as example.

TODOs:

  • Allow individual tasks to store themselves
  • Think about other WMSs, especially non-python-based ones.
  • Make sure Flowcept is properly an optional dependency in the project's requirements.
  • Add documentation
  • Test the workflow :)
