aliasesoption to command definitions so subcommands can be invoked by alternative names (e.g.gh extension,gh extensions,gh ext). Aliases resolve transparently across CLI, HTTP, MCP, and completions, and are shown in per-command help output. Also addedskillas a builtin alias forskills.
