Assign RAID DUTIES in easy way.

• provides administrative interface for raid/party leader and raid assistants
• allows to define type of duty, icon, target, mark and even more specific note
• structurized frame is displayed to assignees using Duty Manager
• whispers with duty descriptions are sent to raiders without Duty Manager

Admin window can be opened either by clicking on minimap icon or with /duty command
