Checking in in-progress work to support procgen buildings.
Building geometry is only generated at the lowest level of detail, but buildings can be up to two chunks wide/deep, so we search in the 3x3 grid of chunks to see if a building is there. If so, we generate the building and add any parts that fall w/in the current chunk.
