These tests are timing out on Firefox macOS and blocking unrelated PRs (e.g., #39196, #39201, #39227):

Disable them for now. Also, remove the .any.window.html section, which is redundant with .any.html.

Disable them for now. Also, remove the `.any.window.html` section, which

Actually, the others tried to get this working by getting Web Transport working on Firefox; let's land this because it just updates the expectations to what Nightly now has.

+1 to land this first. It will unblock my pending CL (#39201)
