Note

Upgrades Debian packaging to Asterisk 23.2.0 and re-applies/refreshes Wazo patches with targeted fixes.

• Security: astgenkey now generates private keys with umask 0077 and root-owned chown to asterisk:
• Build/packaging: Avoid deleting sounds on distclean; add all-clean target
• Queues: Expose ast_queues_get_container() (exported symbol) and mark module with AST_MODFLAG_GLOBAL_SYMBOLS
• Playback robustness: Fail fast on invalid recording/number/URI in res_stasis_playback instead of continuing
• MOH resilience: Add debug logs, abort after exhausting files, unlink bad classes, and warn on frame read failures
• Changelog: Add entry for 8:23.2.0-1~wazo
