Rename "sparsity" to "feature density" in order to clarify the true meaning the parameter (opposite from the paper Toy models of superposition) and explained the relationship with the paper's parameter when introducing this parameter.
Also rename s to d to much the change across code and markdown
On markdowns changes have been done with caution, In order to understand when sparsity means feature density, and when it means actual sparsity. When it meant actual sparsity reversed the meaning of the claim (when sparsity increase -> when feature density decrease)
Additionally bugfix 2 headlines error in "3d view" section
