- Add Vitest with production build tests verifying HTML output, CSS compilation, page structure, and asset inclusion
- Replace npm audit CI job with npm test to run the new test suite
- Add test script and vitest + globals dependencies to package.json
- Add test config to vite.config.js
- Bump eslint, postcss, and tailwindcss to latest patch versions
