Re-wrote section on creating a new notebook.
Worked on the "Create New Notebook" and "Create New Entry" sections of the user guide, and added new images.

Hi Daniel
I am a research scientist turned technical writer who is looking to get involved in an open source project. As you mentioned in your docs that you were open to assistance with documentation, I thought I would update a few topics to show you the kind of contributions I can make.
I have updated the User Guide, specifically the topics detailing how to create a new notebook and a new entry.
If you like the updates let me know and I can have a go at some more. If you don't like them, or don't like the direction I have taken with them and would like me to cease and desist, that's totally fine too :)
Also, this is my first time doing a pull request in Github, so if I have made any egregious errors I apologise in advance.
