For this release (V1.0), we provide entanglement information exclusively for high-quality AlphaFold structures. A high-quality structure is defined as having an overall average pLDDT score of 70 or higher. We focus specifically on entanglements within these structures.

Entanglements are considered valid if the contact near the loop has pLDDT scores greater than 70 for both residues. Additionally, crossing residues are systematically checked (more explanation can be found in Release_notes file)

v0.1

This release contains whGLN information, linking numbers between the loop and whole tails.

Data in this release also has all structures but with the average pLDDT information, we can easily select the quality cutoff to use, i.e pLDDT >=70 for high-quality structure (Note that pLDDT was designed for per-residue prediction but reasonable to select structures based on average pLDDT).
