feat: added copy bar code message on toast provider

What is the purpose of this pull request?

We added the native withToast HOC to the vtex LIB styleguide to display a toast when the user clicks on "copy" barcode

What problem is this solving?

add a message when the customer clicks the "copy" barcode button

How should this be manually tested?
