You'll have to:

Install mod_wsgi
Edit the very bottom of the httpd.conf that I put in the repo for your server, then place it where it should go (/etc/httpd/conf for me)
Edit CONFIG_FILE and AUTH_FILE with their full paths on your server at the top of ice.py
Update the the path.insert in yamz.wsgi

Unless I missed something that should be it.
