megahttp

HTTP server that streams files from mega.co.nz cloud storage

Building

cmake .
make
make doc # If you want to generate documentation for the source with doxygen
make tests # If you want to build some tests of the libraries used
make install # To install the server

Usage

Start the server with

bin/megahttp

Log into your MEGA account using HTTP Basic authentication at http://localhost:8080/login/your@email. Then point a browser or any other HTTP client to

http://localhost:8080/your@email/path/to/file

Or you can use publicly-shared files without logging in:

http://localhost:8080/public?url=MEGA_URL

where MEGA_URL is a public link to the file (with the key built-in).

Logs are written to megahttp.log in the current directory by default.

There is a status page, where you can currently see some information about cached files and memory usage:

http://localhost:8080/status

Dependencies

• CMake - build system
• libhttpserver - HTTP server library (may need to be installed into /usr for CMake to find its module)
• MEGA SDK - MEGA client library
• Doxygen (optional) - tool for generating documentation
