Hello Bekkie,
I'm about to release a new version of RGBController (2.0) with a new main RGB controller in order to spare resources on the Vera.
I was checking if your modification was working with this new architecture... there's no more code about RGBController in the MySensors sources ? Have you found a new way to do what you wanted ?

The original issue is still there. The issue that master/slave controlled plugins are initialized twice by Vera. But also my workaround still works, meaning manually create a RGB plugin and configure the ID in the RGB plug in.
BTW: the pull request is still open did you pull my code in version 2.0?

Yes I have pulled your code in the next version.
I have some tests to do before, because adding a main controller have some impacts on existing systems.
