Merge pull request vmware-archive#2 from DanCripe/master
Enable chassis identify mechanism. Turn on (specified number of seconds or indefinitely), or turn off. Also get state of identify (on, on indefinitely, off, or unknown) - if implemented (defined in version 2.0 of IPMI standard).

Turn on for a period of seconds, turn on indefinitely, and turn off (0 seconds). Get state of chassis identify, if supported (as defined in version 2.0 of IPMI specification).
