This Pull Request introduces the migration of the .NET project located in the
/.NETfolder to F#, hosted within theFSharpfolder. The migration includes the core calculator logic (Calc.cs -> Calc.fs) and the calculator tests (TestCalculator.cs -> TestCalculator.fs), adapted to F#'s syntax and functional programming paradigms.
