• Built a LangChain‑based AI pipeline that analyzes company data and generates personalized outreach, increasing reply rates from 2% to 8% — a 4x improvement that my users appreciate far more than I appreciate 3 AM CloudWatch alerts.
• Designed and implemented React + TypeScript dashboards for managing campaigns, analytics, and subscriptions.
• Developed backend services using FastAPI and PostgreSQL, handling 10K+ daily API requests with rate limiting, retries, and idempotency. (Basically, I taught the API to be patient and try again — a skill I'm still working on myself.)
