Through my branch, I would like to add 10 FAQs about GSSOC. All these questions answer the basic questions related to the program.

Besides these, I have also changed the introductory line of the file that is GSSOC to GSSOC'21.

All these are changes in the documentation that are necessary in the README.md of the project PortScanner.

It would be better if we have the FAQs placed in the end. Whatsay @vinitshahdeo ?

I added the FAQs at the beginning of the file because GSSOC is only mentioned in the first few lines of the file.
Yes, I can add it in the end, but then I was confused as to where exactly to include it because there are a lot of subtopics there as well.
Let me know your opinions and then I'll start editing the PR.
