This PR resolves Issue #16 by delivering a complete UI enhancement for the footer, about page, and homepage, making them more interactive, modern, and visually consistent with the rest of the platform.

1️⃣ ✅ Footer Redesign and Global Integration

• Implemented a refreshed footer design with:

  • Navigation links and essential sections
  • Social icons and contact details
  • Responsive styling and consistent theming

• Ensured the footer is globally available across all pages, fixing the inconsistency where it was missing (e.g., on the Dashboard).

2️⃣ ✅ About Page Overhaul

• Reworked the About page with:

  • Interactive content layout using better spacing, typography, and alignment
  • Added semantic sectioning and structure (e.g., mission, purpose)
  • Enhanced styling for better readability and responsiveness
  • Now feels fully aligned with the site's design language

• Made the homepage more visually engaging and interactive by:

  • Improving layout flow and structure
  • Enhancing section separation and spacing
  • Refining call-to-action areas and content visibility
