- Update ADR 002
- Add ADRs 004, 005
- Update EvaluationManager class to match actual with predictions, considering missing countries over time.
- Allow step-wise and month-wise filtering
- Add MSE, MSLE, mean predictions to metrics
- Add a new class EvalReportGenerator to gather necessary information for reports
