G-Mode for heat. Execution largely identical to R-Mode strat using CF.

Take out all the enemyKill logic, heatedGMode is the highest GMode difficulty. Peashots and enemy manips.
You'd interrupt on a holtz instead of a zebbo. Energy is way too chaotic for that.
Shinecharge tiles is more like 20; at least I find jumping up 1 gap before the end to be much easier.

direct g-mode spark interrupts that are only used to save heat frames feel both incorrectly placed with difficulty and incredibly niche. If you're playing on Insane, have speed, morph, and CF ammo, it feels incredibly unlikely that you can't find either an unheated room to r-mode spark interrupt or a runway in an unheated room and crystal spark - especially because this runway doesnt need to be long on insane and can be cross-room.

with pea shooter, you try to find a safe spot on the middle platform before CF-ing. A PB is much faster, but I wouldnt approach it differently

On 0+1, no Varia, this would require a manual refill in the middle of the shinecharge. Maybe not a worry since you have lots of space.

I can get acidFrames down to roughly 115: this involves a 1-tap run. Since Samus's legs are offscreen I used the energy counter for visual: the magic frame is at about 72 (from 99) assuming you land in the acid at low tide and immediately start running. You turn blue just in time to shinecharge and jump out between the center and far platform.

I had 13 energy left, so actually there's a little bit of leniency here since you want to be below 10 so that the Zebbo can interrupt. (If you miss the Zebbo make sure to get the light orb offscreen or else you have to use a Holtz.)

Placement seems ok with heatedGMode. With Varia you should use the RMode version, and its possible that one isn't placed correctly since running through acid is a little dangerous while the basic RMode shinespark interrupt isn't difficult. But then there is a farm. RMode version with no Varia could be a problem.
