Add skip logic to ecommerce hybrid search performance tests to run them only on Sundays instead of on every test run. Tests can still be run manually by setting MANUAL=true environment variable.

I'll look into upgrading elastic search to a newer version later this week

note: we should also try to upgrade the version for elastic search so we are comparing with the latest version.
