- Fix duplicate message submissions in voice agent by adding timestamp-based throttling - Fix voice agent overlay visibility when artifact panel is open - Remove unused VAD dependencies (@ricky0123/vad-react, @ricky0123/vad-web) - Remove onnxruntime-web (no longer needed) - Clean up VAD model files and setup script - Update middleware to remove VAD file routing exclusions Removes ~5-6MB of unused dependencies and model files left over from earlier implementation attempts.
