Update implementation to match the query layout defined in draft-ietf-rats-coserv-03. BREAKING CHANGE: The query object has been reorganised as follows: * The timestamp attribute (codepoint 2) has been removed. * Codepoint 2 has been reused for the result-type attribute. * Codepoint 3 is no longer used.
