fix: error thrown for latest arch linux& update tools

1. The previous SCRIPT_DIR is not available for the latest WSL and arch linux environment. using absolute path is more reasonable.
2. I just updated all the tools to the latest version, since the old tools are rather slow.

Hi, i can confirm replacing SCRIPT_DIR="$(dirname "$0")" with SCRIPT_DIR="$(realpath $(dirname "$0"))" on macOs arm64 works, but I am not sure why do you need to update 62 files in this PR. Also realpath might not work on Windows, Claude suggests to use SCRIPT_DIR="$(cd "$(dirname "$0")" && pwd)"
