@kusterjs okay, it was the formatting. I tried to fix it but I'm too afraid, changes are huge. Please save file with correct formatting and latest master version after we merge PR |

Description of changes
QGIS used to identify invalid geometries with Ring Self-intersection and Self-intersections and corrected them. Standardised the entire file (automatic done by QGIS upon saving the file).
