Added REST tags functionality with some tests.
Все собирается в контейнер. Postgres & Nginx запускаются. Postgres доступен. Приложение пытается стартовать и ... вылетает, в логах ошибок нет, в консоли только стартовый лейбл Spring.
* Replace sql-script to liquibase for prod. The app preparing and filling base for itself automatically now.
