- Changed Python version specification in `pyproject.toml` and `poetry.lock` to allow versions from 3.11 to less than 4.0 for better compatibility. - Added new configuration files and templates for external apps, including `.env` and `config.py`, to streamline environment variable management. - Enhanced documentation in `README.md` to clarify configuration steps and independent development instructions. - Updated migration scripts to improve database URL handling and ensure compatibility with both core projects and independent development.
