fix language switcher

Adds functional language switcher.

There is still an open todo in the code: Currently it's just a hardcoded array of languages. We could improve that to read it from i18n setup. I just didn't have the time to fix it right away.

Browser testing

• http://localhost:5173/styleguide/components/table (e.g. the aria-label of the sort button should be translated ^^)
• http://localhost:5173/styleguide/general/translations
