Summary

aggregate MITRE, Atomic Red Team and CALDERA data in backend
expose /techniques/{id}/full and enrich Sigma/YAML endpoints
implement Atomic Red Team and CALDERA services
provide React API wrapper and hook for full techniques
display technique details in matrix drawer
add environment variable samples and docs
setup frontend CI workflow
add tests for new services

Testing

pytest -q
npm run build
npm run lint (fails: several lint errors)
