Vue translations helper

Step 1: Install yarn add @vagebond/ts-translate
Step 2: Create a .ts-translations.js file in your project root. (You can copy it from ts-translate/tests/data/ts-translations.js)
Step 3: run npx ts-translate and follow the steps.
