Bugfixes and New Tor

New Tor version (updated to the current full release, now that a full release includes ECC), and a bunch of bug fixes related to ECC in the Ruby client. Also includes Couch 1.5 and Erlang 16B01, both built from source.

First Shipping

This is the version of Reticle that shipped on all pre-ordered F-BOMBs, complete with ECC TLS for all node-to-node connections, and Tor 0.24 (prerelease) to make sure Tor is also using ECC.
