feat: implement customizable height and width for devices

Added the ability to have a customizable height and width for devices for supporting non-standard devices

• updated tests to account for new fields
• added db migration
• brought other tests to working condition as well

Hey @schrockwell, thanks for the great work done on this repo already. :) I'd be keen on bringing it up to speed with capabilities similar to the hanami build.

Curious to hear your thoughts on a bigger refactor to bring in a dashboard page and some other nicities along the way that I would love to work on including automated testing and gh actions.
