Hi @neoformit , could you please add a top level README explaining the need for a PHASTEST_DATA_DIR environment variable and how someone might obtain/build the database? As an admin I often find that a tool is already installed before I know about things like this. |

PHASTEST is working on dev, has been approved by the requesting user, and has now been pushed to the Toolshed under galaxy-australia. It has one test that passes, sorry but I didn't have time to write more!
