Previously, urunc-deploy installed hypervisor binaries to /usr/local/bin and QEMU data files to /usr/local/share. This commit reorganizes the installation to use /opt/urunc as the base directory for all urunc artifacts. A config.toml file is now installed to /etc/urunc to instruct urunc about the new binary locations.
