Director will now add the hardware ID and rlease counter under the taregts->custom metadata
Check if the value of hardware ID and release counter specified in the metadata of all the repo corresponds to each other. If not the update is disregarded.
TODO - Change the smaple metadata file for the test to work with hardware id and release counter
1. Primary uptane.ImageRollBack -> uptane.ImageRollBackAttempt Mispelled the error name earlier 2. Removed default values fo hardware id and release counter in Secondary

awwad/tuf#26 is needed for this to work as there was no support for Hardware ID and Release Counter in ASN1 conversions in awaad/tuf (fork of tuf which is being used by Uptane) |
