Add applicant name into show endpoint

A very small change to include the applicant name in the show endpoint so that it comes through on the DPR.

I haven't included any tests as I couldn't see any tests relating to this part of the endpoint.

@apricot13 isn't the applicant name PII and should be redacted? Pretty sure I've seen it blacked out on application form PDFs I've looked at.
