Added a sample piece of code for allowing Concurrent Member sessions.
At the recommendation of Umbraco Cloud support as the workaround provided has fixed an issue experienced and raised with a U13 client. However, this code example should be easily configured to work with U17 - U18 as the same cache key is still being used in later versions.
