Running locally from a command prompt

Requires pip installing qiskit-aqua, qiskit, matplotlib, and pygame. Then run vqe_start.py using Python 3.

Login to CoCalc and create a new X11 Desktop. Then click the VQE Playground button in the Apps pane, giving it some time to startup.
