When merged this pull request will:

• Remove Mehland and Korsac maps

Tests carried out on Dev:

• Able to launch without errors
• Able to connect to server
• No korsac
• No Mehland
• Scrolled through each armband on in arsenal, no error (hartmans armbands)
• Can load kunduz
• Can load north takistan
• No errors entering zeus interface (Zen)
• Used thermal mode in zeus, no issues or errors (A3TI)
• Flew some helis and jets across AA systems and watched them hit the ground to test updated ground detection, also destroyed some in the air (NMAB)
• Checked there are now opfor and indep drones (GX drones)
• Tested blank marker works (GRG Blanker marker)
• Can use browser map / mobile map and other functions (CTAB)
