  • Adds the UHH 22pre v12 campaign.
  • Further aligns process and dataset names across campaigns according to our new naming scheme.
  • Makes postfixes and tags consistent across all campaigns.

@mafrahm As mentioned last week, I added a consistent scheme for postfixes and tags to campaigns. It is aligned to the CMS style of defining postfixes and there is a table now in the readme that documents it.
