ProgramsListingPageandProgramPagechildren. I can add fixtures to this PR, however, we'll need to merge #96 first.To do:
AbstractBasePageProgramPageandProgramsListingPageand add basic functionalityfellows-blockclass is used inprograms/templates/programs/program_item.html. When the fellows block is updated, this should change too.
