Minor mods

RecordCompModel with obspy picker

Reasonable functional RecordCompModel using the obspy p-wave picker, now switching to PhaseNet as p-wave picker, mainly creating this release as a save.

High Low Score Model

High Low score model work completed at this point, switching to using "usable" and "fmin" as labels from here.
Branch high_low_score_model will be reserved for maintaining high low score model (if there is ever any need to)
