Yarufy Inkscape Symbolic Icons that fallback to hicolor

Inkscape allows the use of Yaru Icon theme but most of the icons are all hicolor fallbacks.

Progress:

• Remove Icons that already exist in other context
• Yarufy all Align and Distribute Related Icons.
• Yarufy Icons in the left, top, and bottom toolbars.
• will add more check list soon

Didn't we have full colour inkscape icons (at least a subset) by @ubuntujaggers ?

Yes I did! I don't think they're used by the current version of Inkscape (maybe because it's a snap?) but I did quite a lot of colour icons for the Inkscape UI that we included in Yaru. That said, it may be that they're not very good 🤷 so I'm not precious about them!

The Import icon also looks misaligned I will do a rework later

The yarufied layer and objects icon sucks obviously. I will also do a rework later.
