add ApplyDiff method to handle parsing and applying unified diffs to project files. this includes logic for managing file creations, modifications, and deletions based on the diff content. update frontend components to support applying diffs with user feedback on success or error states. enhance the user experience by providing clear logging and error handling during the diff application process.
