Changed main.yml with the goal of resolving the issue caused by symlinks made by access.log and error.log We now extract only web content from the Docker image and deploy that to GitHub

We now extract only web content from the Docker image and deploy that to GitHub.
After testing it has worked successfully, more info on Asana.
