Summary:

• Updated Rmd files to save results values to an RData file which can be loaded at runtime when global variable DEMO is set to TRUE in app_1/app.R. You can downloaded the generated data here (file size is too big to push to Github).
• Added reactiveValues, citations section, progress bar notification when Analysis button is run, and loading animation for plots.
• Added landing info when no data has been downloaded yet.

Known Issues:

• TCGA and LFC citations may not generate correctly from fresh data sets.
• Not tested on other data sets.
• Count Plot only shows gene HIGD1AP17.
• Tissue Type input field not programmed.
