Reactive shiny app. First working version - interactive and displays results from endometrial cancer DESeq2 and MAF tool's mutations analysis.

Known issues:

  • Analyze button not yet programed
  • Needs integration with cloud computing for faster dynamic analysis
  • Needs support for analyzing other tissue types and data sources
  • variables in separate files (Recount3[...].Rmd and Maftools.Rmd) need to be merged into server app for dynamic updates
  • Needs documentation
  • Should add a loading/processing indicator
