hdf5, csv, on-node scaling

This version of the Dashing framework works both on HDF5 and CSV format. This version of the framework specifically provides analysis capability for (1) on-node scaling analysis and (2) comparison across two applications. This version does not yet allow extending the analysis module to user-defined functions. This capability will be available in the next version.
