This PR regenerates code to match the latest API Definition.

Medium risk because it removes public SDK symbols/endpoints (generate, manage_entities) and could break downstream users, though the remaining changes are largely doc/lockfile regeneration.

Overview
Updates the SDK version/headers to 1.1.1 and refreshes dependencies in poetry.lock (notably certifi, packaging, and tomli).

Removes API surface for deprecated/internal endpoints by deleting client.generate(...) and the entire manage_entities client/types, and dropping the GenerateResponse type from exports.

Documentation strings and reference.md are regenerated to add/standardize rate-limit notes, add explicit deprecation notices for summarize and gist (with a migration path to /analyze), and update some guide links/wording (e.g., “format requirements” → “requirements”).
